Multi-Split & Ducted Systems
One outdoor unit powering several indoor units keeps offices, shops and bigger homes cool without a wall unit in every room. For spaces that need even, discreet cooling, we design and install ducted systems that hide the works in the ceiling. We size everything properly so you're not paying to cool space you don't use.
Refrigerant Gas Handling & Compliance
South Africa's F-gas rules are phasing down high-global-warming refrigerants, and only trained, certified handlers may work on the gas side of a system. We're certified, which means we find and fix leaks before recharging, never vent gas into the air, and keep your system legal. If a unit needs gas every few months, it has a leak, and topping it up without fixing that is both illegal and a waste of your money.
Load-Shedding-Ready Installations
Power dips and blackouts are hard on air conditioners, especially the surge when power comes back. We install surge protection and advise on inverter units that ride out voltage dips, and where it makes sense, we size backup so your aircon keeps running through an outage. Your unit starts, runs and stops properly instead of getting cooked by dirty power.

FAQ
Air-Conditioning — common questions
How often should my air conditioner be serviced?+
At least once a year. Regular servicing keeps the unit efficient, prevents breakdowns and extends its lifespan — especially in dusty coastal conditions.
What size air conditioner do I need?+
It depends on room size, ceiling height, sun exposure and insulation. We calculate the right BTU rating so you don't overpay or under-cool.
Do inverter air conditioners really save electricity?+
Yes. Inverter units adjust their compressor speed instead of switching on and off, which can cut cooling energy use significantly compared to non-inverter models.
Which aircon brands do you install?+
We fit the brands we'd put in our own homes and businesses: Samsung, LG, Daikin, Midea and Gree, among others. What matters most in South Africa is that spare parts and service support are actually available locally, so we steer clear of grey imports and stick to units with proper local backup.
Can an air conditioner heat my home in winter?+
Yes, if you choose a reverse-cycle unit, which covers most modern inverter aircons. They work as a heat pump, so one unit heats and cools. In Eastern Cape winters that's a very efficient way to warm a room, using a fraction of the electricity a bar heater would, and it doubles as your aircon in summer.
What should I do about the gas rules when my unit needs a refill?+
Leave it to a certified gas handler. Under the F-gas regulations, only trained technicians may handle refrigerant, and recharging a leaking system without fixing the leak first is not allowed. If your unit is low on gas, we find the leak, repair it, then recharge to the manufacturer's spec, so you don't pay for gas that just escapes again.
